However, we understand that sometimes a prop might not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to keep the only scares coming from our products, not your shopping experience.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our team.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Some items are non-returnable (see section below).
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Apothecary Gore Jars (opened or used)
- Perma Blood / Blood Pools (once opened)
- Face & Body Skins (if used or removed from packaging)
- Any Gore Props or Bloody Gore Body Parts that have been used or altered
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective non-returnable item, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Await Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to:

- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
5. REFUND TIMELINE AND METHOD
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we process the return. Note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates apply based on your order value.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
