Shipping: How We Deliver the Dread

Once you’ve placed your order for our professional-grade animatronics and terrifying props, our team of mad scientists gets to work.

Order Processing Time

We need 1-2 business days to carefully package your items for their journey from our lair to your haunt. We ensure every prop is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent any… premature scares.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to cater to your terror timeline:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): We ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after we ship your order.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after we ship your order.

Note: Please be aware that we do not ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. The shipping carrier will determine if your location is eligible during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges: When the Terror Needs Tweaking

We stand by the quality of our horrors. However, if a prop fails to deliver the perfect scare, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Let’s keep the screams for our products, not the shopping experience.

The Fine Print: Return Window & Conditions

  • You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our support team.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Please have your order number (proof of purchase) ready.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Items That Are Too Ghoulish to Return

Due to the intimate and graphic nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Apothecary Gore Jars (if opened or used)
  • Perma Blood / Blood Pools (once opened)
  • Face & Body Skins (if used or removed from packaging)
  • Any Gore Props or Bloody Gore Body Parts that have been used or altered

Exception: If you receive one of these items and it is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will work with you to find a bloody good solution.

How to Summon a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your request:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Await Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RAN inside the package and ship it to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds: Getting Your Gold Back

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days after we process the return for the refund to be issued. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed. Standard or free shipping rates apply.
  • Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives looking like it lost a fight with a zombie, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Send us photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
