3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Bloodline Effects Store specializes in high-quality horror props, including but not limited to:

  • Professional animatronics and electric props
  • Gore props, body parts, and autopsy specimens
  • Fantasy/supernatural props and escape room elements
  • Special effects materials including Perma Blood
  • Seasonal items including Christmas animatronics

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of some items.

Important Note on Gore Products: Due to the graphic and realistic nature of our products, some items may not be suitable for all audiences. Please exercise discretion when displaying these items, especially around children or those with sensitivities.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

4.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, or other import fees that may be imposed on your order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (such as Halloween), processing times may be slightly longer.

5.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. The shipping carrier will determine if your location is eligible during checkout. We are not responsible for any customs delays or import restrictions in your country.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used:

  • Apothecary Gore Jars (if opened or used)
  • Perma Blood / Blood Pools (once opened)
  • Face & Body Skins (if used or removed from packaging)
  • Any Gore Props or Bloody Gore Body Parts that have been used or altered

Exceptions apply if these items arrive defective (see Section 6.4).

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await authorization – we will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN inside, and ship to:

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Send photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
